Excellent solution for mixing coolant. We have a few of these. Some are plumbed to different machines and we have one for filling up buckets. It came pre-assembled, all we had to do was mount it on the wall, hook water up to it and drop the pickup tube in our concentrate drum. Changing output % is easy, just turn the collar. It seems really well built.
Easy installation
there are some mounting pieces in the box to hold it off the wall we didn't find until after we made our own. Our fault but maybe they should tape it to the panel or something.
