QUALICHEM XTREME CUT 220C – 55G DRUM

XTREME CUT 220C is a chlorine free, moderate duty, semi-synthetic cutting and grinding fluid for ferrous
metals, especially cast and ductile irons. The product has been designed for use in central systems.
XTREME CUT 220C is specifically formulated to provide cost savings by extending central system life and
reducing concentrate and additive requirements. This product utilizes the latest metalworking technology
which provides the best ferrous corrosion protection available on the market today.
XTREME CUT 220C is used for general machining, turning, boring, cylindrical grinding, internal grinding,
tapping, centerless grinding, drilling, and reaming. The fluid has a tight emulsion to promote tramp oil
rejection and exhibits excellent hard water stability up to 35 grains of hardness. This unique product
employs state of the art raw materials to prevent the rotten egg odors associated with most soluble oils
and semi-synthetic fluids.
